Running is a great exercise – it improves your cardiovascular fitness and clears your head at the same time. But it’s also one of the most injury prone and that is where we come in! During our Pilates & Running Clinic we: 1) analyse your running – looking at your form and posture 2) do a Pilates session to help you find and train your core 3) give some at-home exercises to prevent injuries (based on your analyses).
